Good, bad or indifferent.....we all have an "attitude" toward our day, work and life. Have you ever heard the saying "loose the 'tude, dude!" It's a casual way to tell a friend to check a bad attitude and replace it with a positive one. It's time for an intentional attitude tune up.
The most successful business people I work with have a mental edge on their competition. They have an INTENTIONAL ATTITUDE TUNE- UP, that is, a process of purposely implanting positive thoughts and mannerisms to replace negative thoughts and negative behaviors.
5 Steps to an Intentional Attitude Tune-Up
Schedule time daily to:
1) Count your blessings and give thanks
2) Set aside time to do something you enjoy (hobby)
3) Help someone do something
4) Use positive affirmations or self-talk
5) Reflect on you accomplishments
