be·have \bi-ˈhāv, bē-\ transitive verb 1 : to manage the actions of (oneself) in a particular way 2 : to conduct (oneself) in a proper manner
(Merriam-Webster)
Your behaviors (the way we act) will lead you to the successes or failures in life. If you ever feel like you are off track or things are not going your way, stop to reflect on your actions. Are you spending enough time doing what is most important to your success?
As it is with attitude, you need to have an IMPROVING BEHAVIOR PLAN. Many of my clients find that simply re-focusing on priorities will create improved performance. Sound too basic? As it is with sports, champions win by executing the basics.
Consider this thought for the day: "Little things (behaviors) done well over time produce dynamic results."
Ready to get on track? Are you ready to IMPROVE BEHAVIOR FOR IMPROVED RESULTS?
Grab a note pad and make a list to help IMPROVE BEHAVIOR:
- 3 things you need to do MORE of to be more successful
- 3 things you need to do LESS of to be more successful
And finally......schedule time to achieve your actions!
How did it work for you?
